Each Carrier has a different method to certify in order to sell their products. For your convenience, they are listed below in detail.
Prior to certifying, be sure to Electronically Transmit completed AHIP.
Complete the modules to certify. (internet explorer is best) This will count toward 2025 Certification.
Request a contract with Aetna by emailing your Agent Support Representative at MP Insurance.
Receive an instructional email. (MPINSLOA) Use this Package Code to begin the contract using No More Forms.
You also need to attend 2025 market-specific training (online or in person) for all states and markets where you plan to sell MA/MAPD products. You can sign up for 2025 market-specific training. Just go to www.AetnaMedicareAgentTraining.com to register.
Clink on the link in your onboarding welcome email. Enter your name and email.
Click into the email hyperlink to go to the onboarding site
At the login page, enter the username/temporary password provided. The domain is comprehensive. Click Submit
Complete the self guided eContract. For help, use the guide to the left. <-----------------
5. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email to complete certification training through Wellcare University.

Receive an email with a link to the online contract. *Note: there is an appointment fee.
Complete the online Contract.
